For travel photography I’ve visited some wonderful countries in recent years. I feature my work as a travel photographer in this Gallery. There’s a written narrative provided for each of these galleries too.
International Travel
For international travel I especially like to visit countries where the culture and way of life is far removed from our western lifestyle here in the UK.
Recent trips include Vietnam, Cambodia, Egypt and India.
These are fantastic destinations for photographers like me who enjoy photographing the local people as well as the tourist attractions.
Street Documentary
I’m especially interested in the local people when travelling and a lot of my work is street documentary oriented. It’s the photojournalist within me coming to the fore.
That’s because different cultures fascinate me. I enjoy telling the story of everyday life in different parts of the world through my images. It’s a different style to my street photography in the UK, which is more dynamic than documentary oriented.
