This gallery features some of my professional event photography from the 2022 Great Skinhead Reunion in Brighton. Plus more information about this annual event.
Firstly, a big shout out to the legendary promoter Symond Lawes from Subcultz who organises the event. He was kind enough to issue me with a press pass for one of the nights.
About the Event
The Great Skinhead Reunion is a 4 day music festival held in Brighton every June. It has become something of a local and national institution! Subcultz hires the Volks Club opposite Brighton Pier to stage the event.
It was a special treat to photograph some of this event, especially for someone of a “certain age” like me. I grew up listening to Ska, 2-Tone and Punk music. It was wonderful! That said, the Great Skinhead Reunion attracts people of all age groups. And quite rightly so!
